What is said in the car stays in the car. Chauffeurs sign a confidentiality agreement and, on request, your company's NDA. We do not work through booking platforms and do not pass names, routes or vehicle data to third parties.

Who performs the ride?
In Munich and Bavaria our own chauffeurs; elsewhere licensed partner companies selected on fixed criteria. You always book with us and have one contact.
Can I book the same chauffeur for several days?
Yes – for roadshows, trade fairs and visitor programmes we assign one chauffeur for the whole period.
How do I pay?
Invoice for companies, card or bank transfer. Terms are sent with the confirmation.
How far ahead should I book?
For First Class we recommend at least 24 hours; shorter notice is often possible – ask.
